3. 18MB free disk space, 64MB of RAM recommended

If you have installed Java RunTime 1.4.x (or above), please install:                     ArcExplorer 9.1 (9.86MB), and follow the system setup instructions.

If you are using the CCTS System for the first time, please download and install: Java RunTime Environment 1.3.1，CCTS Plug-In 1.3.1 before use
